Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Names Natalie Kelly as Director of Education

Earlier this week, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty announced that they appointed Natalie Kelly to Director of Education, overseeing approximately 230 licensed brokers across the firm’s five branch offices.

As Stacia Smith, Chief Sales Officer & Designated Broker, RSIR, said in a statement, “Our entire executive team is thrilled to welcome Natalie Kelly to our firm as Director of Education. We are committed to investing in our brokers and their growth as we continue to propel our company forward and set the bar for the exceptional within our industry.”

Kelly comes to RSIR with over fifteen years of experience in real estate, which has given her a unique perspective when it comes to understanding what brokers need and how to adapt programs and provide support accordingly. She has worked in a number of positions, including accounting, technology, marketing and office management. For the past four years, she has worked in broker education, writing courses and teaching clock hour classes. She is passionate about helping brokers learn and grow through a tailored approach that includes webinars, small groups, one-on-one sessions, larger classes, and more.

“I’m excited to fine-tune a training program that fits the style of every broker. This means it won’t be a ‘one-size-fits-all’ philosophy, but rather something that can be adapted to who our brokers are and what they need,” said Kelly. “I’m going to spend the next few weeks immersing myself in the company culture and getting to know our brokers so that I can effectively help drive things forward.”

According to research obtained by Trendgraphix, RSIR maintains the greatest average production on a per broker basis when compared to the top ten largest brands in the NWMLS. Together, the firm delivered more than $1.7 billion in sales volume in Washington for the trailing 12 months ending August 2018.

“We look forward to what Natalie will bring to the company as she begins to work within all five of our branch offices,” added Smith. “We are excited for what the future holds!”
