Puget Sound Business Journal Names RSIR Among the Fastest-Growing Companies for the Seventh Time!
Earlier this week, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty shared the news that the firm made Puget Sound Business Journal’s annual list of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in Washington state for the seventh time! The full list will be revealed, including information on ranking positions, statistics and stories in the November 2nd print edition of the Business Journal.
Upon hearing the news, Stacy Jones, vice president and chief people officer, RSIR expressed her pride in the firm’s brokers, staff and leadership team. “It is an absolute honor to be included on this list for the seventh time and we look forward to more growth in the future!” Jones said.
Ryan Lambert of PSBJ reported that this year, companies are far less concentrated to Seattle and Bellevue than they have in the past, with just 58 percent of the companies located in these two cities. 40 of the 100 companies listed showcased three-year growth trajectories over 100 percent and 44 of those included were not named on last year’s list, indicative of fresh economic growth in our region.
According to recent data obtained from Trendgraphix, RSIR maintains the highest average production on a per broker basis when compared to the top ten real estate brands in the Pacific Northwest. As of September 2018, the firm holds over $1 billion in new construction projects and over $2 billion in local sales volume for the trailing 12 month period (by aggregated brand in the NWMLS). RSIR is also consistently ranked among the PSBJ list of largest residential real estate firms in the region, taking seventh place on this year’s list. Residential home sales data for 2017 reveals RSIR achieved $1.52 billion in sales volume with an average sales price of just under $895k.
