Trendgraphix Research Reveals RSIR is the Fastest-Growing Firm
RSIR has already surpassed $1 Billion in resales in 2017, a pace that is a testament to the firm’s exclusive marketing platforms, international buyers, and broker micro-branding.
Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) representatives have confirmed that the firm has already posted a staggering $1 billion in closed and pending home resales for 2017, which doesn’t include $225 million in new construction condominium presales that are currently pending. These numbers represent a 40.6-percent growth for sales volume year-over-year, a figure that leads the top 10 largest real estate brands in the State, according to data obtained from Trendgraphix. Despite a boutique size of 225 brokers, RSIR also leads its peer group on a 12-month rolling basis in categories such as highest average selling prices, at $985,000, and total listing production per broker, at $2,910,710, among others.
Noted as a disruptor in Puget Sound real estate, RSIR leads other game changing companies in percentage unit growth and total dollar volumes so far in 2017 when compared to the same time last year.
“I am proud to be aligned with a firm that continues to establish itself as a global leader in our local real estate market,” said Anie Buckmelter, broker with RSIR. “These impressive statistics speak to the caliber of our brand, dedicated team and the reputation we are known for among buyers and sellers in the greater Seattle area.”
